Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:
If you are an advocate:
- Log in to your back office
- Click on your name in the top - right
- Select Change Settings
- Click Edit to the right of the item you wish to change
If you are a customer:
1. Log in to your account - this should take to straight to your Account Settings page
2. Click Edit to the right of the item you wish to change
***Procedures for MOBILE version***
If you are an advocate:
- Log in to your back office (click the "person" icon in the top left to access login)
- Once you log in, you will immediately be on your Account Settings
- Scroll down to the Basic Information
- click Edit next to the piece of information you would like to change
- Select
- Save Changes
If you are an customer
- Log in to your account (click the "person" icon in the top left to access login)
- Once you log in, you will immediately be on your Account Settings
- Scroll down to the Basic Information
- Click Edit next to the piece of information you would like to change
- Select Save Changes
