***Procedures for DESKTOP version***


Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:


If you are an advocate:

  1. Log in to your back office
  2. Click on your name in the top - right
  3. Select Change Settings
  4. Click Edit to the right of the item you wish to change


If you are a customer:


    1. Log in to your account - this should take to straight to your Account Settings page

    2. Click Edit to the right of the item you wish to change 


Please keep in mind that if you are changing the shipping address for future orders, this will also need to be adjusted in any active autoship orders on your account by Editing the order and applying the new address in the Shipping section. 



***Procedures for MOBILE version***


If you are an advocate:

  1. Log in to your back office (click the "person" icon in the top left to access login)
  2. Once you log in, you will immediately be on your Account Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Basic Information
  4. click Edit next to the piece of information you would like to change
  5. Select 
  6. Save Changes



If you are an customer

  1. Log in to your account (click the "person" icon in the top left to access login)
  2. Once you log in, you will immediately be on your Account Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Basic Information
  4. Click Edit next to the piece of information you would like to change
  5. Select Save Changes


Please keep in mind that if you are changing the shipping address for future orders, this will also need to be adjusted in any active autoship orders on your account by Editing the order and applying the new address in the Shipping section.
