If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password/User Name?" located beneath the green "Sign in" button. 
  2. Enter your username in the text box.
  3. Click "Submit."
  4. Further instructions will be emailed to you to reset your password.

  • Usernames are used to log in, rather than email addresses
  • Usernames are case sensitive
