When your payment is declined during enrollment, your account is automatically downgraded to a customer account. Once you have resolved the payment mistake, you can then upgrade your account to a distributor account and attempt the enrollment again. 

1. go to greencompassglobal.com

2. log in with the username and password you just created during your first enrollment attempt 

3. select the option in the top right-hand corner that says UPGRADE

4. select your enrollment kit and complete the purchase
