First of all, we are bummed to hear that you wish to cancel your Advocate account!


Please submit a ticket to us (or email us at support@greencompassglobal.freshdesk.com) with your name and Advocate ID number to request the termination of your Advocate account. 


This request must also come directly from the email address associated with your Advocate account. 


Once we receive your request, our team will provide the terms of an Advocate and ask you to verify your account information, and that you wish to proceed with terminating your account.

We will not be able to proceed with your account termination until we have received an email response from you that you understand the terms, and still wish to terminate your Advocate account. 


Please note that advocates are NOT able to request termination on behalf of another user.
