For Advocates:


Follow these steps to access tracking information for your order:

  1. Log in to your account at greencompassglobal.com.
  2. Click "My Orders" in the grey bar beneath the Green Compass logo.
  3. Select "Orders" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down to the order that you would like to track.
  5. Click the blue button labelled "Track your order" to the right of the shipping date and product for the order or the long number under the heading "Track your order" beneath your "Shipping Address" and contact information for the order.
  6. You should be rerouted to your tracking information!

For Customers:


Follow these steps to access tracking information for your order:

  1. Log in to your account at greencompassglobal.com.
  2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner next to the shopping cart if "Account Settings" doesn't automatically pull up.
  3. Select "Orders" from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
  4. Scroll down to the order that you would like to track.
  5. Click the green button labelled "Track your order" to the right of the shipping date and product for the order or the long number under the heading "Track your order" beneath your "Shipping Address" and contact information for the order.
  6. You should be rerouted to your tracking information!
