All systems are up-and-running, so your site should certainly be accessible! 

Try the following steps:
  1. Make sure you are typing the web address in correctly.
    • Include https:// at the beginning of the web address, NOT www.
    • Type in the web address with a "naked domain," meaning that you leave the prefix off entirely (no https:// OR www.)
  2. Clear your cookies and cache (browsing data).
    • How to go about this depends on whether you are using a Mac or PC as well as which browser you are using.
      • For Google Chrome on a Mac: Click "Chrome" in the top left corner of your Mac next to the Apple symbol -> Scroll to and select "Clear browsing data..." -> Select the timeframe of data that you would like to clear from the drop-down menu as well as the type of data that you would like to clear -> Select "Clear data." The browsing data you selected should be cleared for that timeframe!
      • For Safari on a Mac: Click "Safari" in the top left corner of your Mac next to the Apple symbol -> Scroll to and select "Clear history" -> Select the timeframe of data that you would like to clear from the drop-down menu -> Click "Clear History." Your browsing data should be cleared for that timeframe!
