If you are a new advocate and have not yet been able to access your Green Compass app account, we are happy to help!

First, make sure to check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes these emails can get caught there!

If you still do not see the email, then submit a ticket to our HelpDesk (or email us at support@greencompassglobal.freshdesk.com), and we will make sure you are taken care of. Please include the following information in your request:

  1. Name
  2. Advocate ID
  3. Email address associated with your Advocate account
