In order to cancel an autoship order on your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at greencompassglobal.com.
  2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner next to the shopping cart if "Account Settings" doesn't automatically pull up.
  3. Select "Auto Orders" from the menu on the left hand side of the page.
  4. Scroll to the autoship order that you would like to edit and select the green "Cancel" button to the right of the estimated total for that order.
  5. Type in your reason for cancellation in the pop-up window canceled "Cancel Autoship?"
  6. Select "Continue With Cancel" to finalize the cancelation of your Autoship order.
